Next Steps:
Sometimes we aren't sure what is next, or what God's plan is for us down the road. Sometimes we just need to look at where we are right now, and what it would look like to take just one step closer to living a life for Jesus.
Following Jesus
The Bible tells us that God created the entire universe and he created humanity to have a special relationship with him. God loves you so much that, even though your sins separate you from him, he sent his one and only son, Jesus Christ, to die on the cross to pay for those sins. Because of Christ's sacrifice the Bible teaches us that if you confess with your mouth and believe in your heart that Jesus died on the cross for you, and you proclaim him as your Lord and Savior, then you receive the free gift of salvation which promises abundant life here in this life and eternal life in the presence of God when our time on this earth ends.
If you want to know more about who Jesus Christ is, or you want to make that decision and accept that free gift of salvation, please reach out to Pastor Allen today, he would love to connect with you! CONNECT NOW

Water Baptism
Jesus commanded his disciples to baptize new believers in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Since that command was given, the Church has practiced this blessed ordinance of water baptism. Here at LCBC, we practice water baptism by full immersion in water. We believe that, anyone who claims Jesus as their Lord and Savior, and fully understands the meaning of water baptism, can get baptized. In the instance of children and youth that want to get baptized, it is primarily up to their parents and/or guardians to decide when they feel their child is ready for baptism.
Lake Chelan Bible Church does not practice infant baptism. Children that are too young to understand the meaning of baptism, or are not ready to make their own decision to follow Jesus, are not ready to be water baptized. We do however practice child dedications for young children whose parents and/or guardians desire to dedicate them to the Lord.

Church Membership
The Bible teaches that Christians should not forsake gathering together. The Church is imperfect, but it is a blessing that we have to live life shoulder-to-shoulder with other brothers and sisters in Christ. Our desire is that all Christ followers have a church family that they can participate in.
In accordance with Washington State non-profit requirements, and the bylaws of Lake Chelan Bible Church, church membership is available for those that call LCBC their home and have been regularly attending for some time. Becoming a voting member of LCBC allows members to vote on church leadership positions and other business throughout the year.
If you are interested in becoming a voting member of Lake Chelan Bible Church, please fill out this MEMBERSHIP FORM.

Acts of Service
Once someone has become a Christian, been baptized, and joined a church family, we believe it is important to find a place in the church where you can give of your God-given gifts, talents, and abilities for the betterment of the Kingdom.
