Allen Swayze
Lead Pastor
Pastor Allen has been the Lead Pastor of LCBC since August of 2024. After graduating from Northwest University with a degree in Pastoral Ministry and Biblical Studies, he moved from the Seattle area to North Central Washington. Allen, his wife Taryn, and their two kids have loved settling into the Chelan Valley. With his experience in all sorts of shapes and sizes of ministry, Allen has a passion to reach Chelan with the gospel of Jesus!
Emily Britton
Kids Director
Emily joined the team in January of 2026 as the kids director of LCBC. Being a church kid growing up as the daughter of pastors, she has a desire to create a fun and safe environment for kids to experience Jesus. Emily, her husband Joe, and their two daughters enjoy spending time outside whenever they can!
Mac and Hailey Potts
Worship Directors
Mac and Hailey joined the team in 2021 as the worship directors at LCBC. Together, they schedule worship volunteers, create song arrangements, and lead the congregation in great moments of worship. Mac, Hailey, and their 4 daughters, love being outside in the sunshine and singing together around the piano in their living room!
