Pastor David began serving as the Teaching Pastor of Lake Chelan Bible Church (LCBC) in 2018.  Since then, LCBC has grown in size significantly and he was placed in the role of Lead Pastor. Pastor David is a graduate of Talbot School of Theology, Biola University with a M.A. in Christian Apologetics and a MDIV in Pastoral Ministry.  Pastor David believes that God's Spirit and God's transforming power is realized through the regular preaching and teaching of God's Word (Jn. 17:17, Ro. 10:14-15, 1 Pet.1:23).

Pastor David is committed to the purity of Christ's church until Christ returns or calls us home (Matt. 28:18-20). Philosophy of Ministry
Prior to pastoral ministry, Pastor David served as an active duty, Infantry Officer in the US Army  for a decade and was deployed twice in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.  Pastor David is married to  Anya Belcher.  David and Anya enjoy spending time with their family, coaching high school soccer in the fall, teaching ski lessons in the winter, and  camping as a family in the summer. Anya was a college professor and college soccer coach by trade but left that work to serve at LCBC in support of her husband.

Annick Rounds | Children's Ministry Director

My name is Annick Rounds and I am the Children’s Ministry Director. My husband, AJ and I have three amazing children, two girls and one boy. I am so grateful to be a part of this church family and to have the opportunity to pour the love of Jesus into the children that come to our church.  I know that the children who participate in our Children’s Ministry program are the future of our church and community, so I want them excited to come to church and leave with the love of our Lord and Savior in their hearts. For many, Children’s Ministry is the first introduction to Jesus so I am striving to make it a memorable one. My life’s experiences as a mom and fond memories of children’s ministry when I was young, are great tools to help make this a reality. My family jokes that I have webbed toe’s because I love the water so much and I could swim before I could walk.
